About The Position

Now Hiring! S.A.F.E. Management is seeking interviewers and administrative staff to assist with our hiring efforts for Event Security & Guest Services employees for events at Nissan Stadium! General Description: S.A.F.E. Management is the new event services provider at Nissan Stadium for Event Security & Guest Services roles for Tennessee Titans games and other stadium events. Our Interviewer position will assist with the following: Assist administratively during interview and training sessions Conduct interviews for qualified event security and guest services candidates Make hiring decisions based on the candidate’s responses and presentation Explain detailed objectives and procedures to interviewees Explain detailed training procedures to the interviewed candidates Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Applicants must have availability based on the interview schedule (weekdays from 2 PM - 8 PM & weekends from 9 AM - 3 PM)
  • Candidates must be dependable and display excellent communication skills
  • Candidates must be energetic, guest-friendly, and possess good judgment of character
  • Previous interview experience is required
  • Due to the nature of our business and the demands of the position, below is a list of tasks that may be required of you: stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs, work outside in all elements, depending on your position, be assigned a post, which may not give you a view of the sporting events, concerts, etc., work on evenings, weekends and holidays, work late night events or longer than typical work shifts, and interact with disorderly or impaired guests.
