About The Position

Purpose & Scope: Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require ingenuity and initiative in applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required, including, but not exclusively, those responsibilities necessary for proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in radiography is required or, Graduate of an accredited certificate program for radiography is required
• Two years of experience in diagnostic radiology is required.
• One year of experience in special procedures is required.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) by CCI required.
