About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interventional radiology and special procedures, with a strong focus on patient care, safety, and imaging quality.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) Certification
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- Active South Carolina (SC) License
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
- Experience in IR / Special Procedures setting
- At least 1 year of EPIC experience
- Strong technical and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality images
- Monitor patient condition throughout procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety
- Accurately document procedures in EPIC system
- Utilize medication systems such as Omnicell
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
