About The Position

To provide proficient technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures, management of supplies and devices, physiologic patient monitoring and assisting with direct patient care. Responsible for safe and effective operation of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging and technical equipment used for procedures. Is a patient/family educator, advocate and liaison. Estimated pay range for this position is $34.08 - $52.92 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
  • Basic Life Support
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • CCI Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
  • CCI Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program of Radiological Technology and current Florida license required.
  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credentials and advanced certification required (VI,CV, CT, MR, CI or US for IVR and RCIS or RCES for Cath Lab) or three years of experience may be substituted for advanced certification.
  • Completes a minimum of 12 CEUs annually (10 CEUs must be CV related).
  • Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year experience required.
