What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days , you will: Confidently support interventional procedures across multiple specialties Safely administer and monitor moderate sedation Deliver seamless care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases Build strong rapport with patients from intake through discharge Integrate into a fast-moving, highly collaborative procedural team Success in this role looks like: Patients feel informed and cared for, and providers trust your clinical judgment without hesitation. Requirements

  • Active RN license (Virginia or Compact State)
  • Moderate sedation experience
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Emergency Department, or Critical Care
  • Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians with a wide range of interventional procedures (CV, OB, Urology, Oncology, Ortho, and more)
  • Perform patient assessments across all phases of care
  • Administer and monitor moderate sedation
  • Provide intra-procedural monitoring and clinical support
  • Manage recovery and discharge processes
  • Communicate post-procedure instructions and support to patients
