About The Position

Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require ingenuity and initiative in applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required, including, but not exclusively, those responsibilities necessary for proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.

Requirements

• An associate degree in radiological procedure is preferred.
• Two years of experience in diagnostic radiology is required.
• One year of experience in special procedures is required.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) by CCI required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical procedures using ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures in the Interventional Radiology Section.
• Ensure proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.
