UPMC Hamot, located in Erie, Pennsylvania has a new opportunity for a diverse Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established practice offering the full spectrum of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures-from liver and kidney cancer therapies to advanced vascular and biliary interventions. Utilizing state of the art CT, MRI, ultrasound, and angiographic technology, you’ll help deliver cutting edge, patient-centered care in partnership with the renowned UPMC Hamot Hilman Cancer Center. Balanced Role: Primarily Interventional Radiology procedures with rotations into Diagnostic Radiology. Regional Interventional Radiology clinics required- all within driving distance to Erie County. Comprehensive Diagnostic Imaging: Includes CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Diagnostic Radiology. The Interventionalist primarily covers the ED list when assigned. Interventional Procedures: Angiography, angioplasty, bone marrow biopsy, embolization, IVC filters, TACE, ablation, mediport placement, biliary/nephrostomy drainage, feeding tube insertion, nerve blocks, epidural injections, paracentesis, and thoracentesis, etc. Call Coverage: Weekday Evening Coverage 1:4, Weekend Coverage 1:4
