About The Position

Advance your career as an Interventional Radiographer specializing in vascular and neuro imaging. This role offers 10-hour day shifts with on-call responsibilities in a high-acuity, collaborative environment. Perform advanced angiographic imaging procedures across multiple specialties while providing care to critically and acutely ill adult through geriatric patients.

Requirements

ARRT (R) certification
CV Registered preferred.
Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license.
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology or Radiology Special Procedures program preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (within 6 months of hire).
Minimum 1 year of interventional or neuro imaging experience (less experience considered with strong imaging background).

Nice To Haves

Experience in vascular interventional radiology procedures.
Prior experience in high-acuity or specialty imaging settings.

Responsibilities

Perform vascular and interventional radiology imaging procedures, including neurological, thoracic, abdominal, genitourinary, gastrointestinal nonvascular, peripheral, and venous access.
Operate angiography and imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
Review and verify imaging quality and assist physicians during interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care.
Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Provide care to critically ill patients with consideration for functional and developmental age.
Respond to on-call assignments promptly and professionally.
