About The Position

The interventional technologist is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team consisting of interventional radiologists, nurses and technologists. Interventional technology procedures consist of diagnostic angiography, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures.

Requirements

• Two years' experience as a Registered Radiological Technologist
• Current ARRT certification upon hire
• Current Florida State license in Radiologic Technology upon hire
• Basic Life Support Certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer service issues in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
• Demonstrates proficiency in performing technical Imaging procedures on all patient age groups and ability to teach the same.
• Provides imaging procedures to all patients, regardless of age, race or sex.
