About The Position

This private practice boasts a team of skilled physicians specializing in conditions from whiplash to bone spurs to back and neck pain. They take a conservative, consultative approach offering treatment plans tailored to each individual patient. They are experts in neck and spine, knee, shoulder, arm and elbow, hand and wrist, hip, leg, and ankle and foot. The new physician will see patients in an established orthopedic office in Phoenix, seeing patients with a variety of injuries and orthopedic pain conditions.

Requirements

  • Arizona medical license
  • DEA
  • Board Certified or Eligible, PM&R, Pain Medicine, or other relevant fields

Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment
  • Examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis
  • Provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and progress
  • Reevaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary
  • Support appropriate referrals
  • Perform interventional pain procedures
  • Perform general pain management
