About The Position

This is a balanced interventional pain role in Phoenix, AZ, combining clinic-based patient care with consistent procedural volume, including 1-2 days per week in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with minimal travel to Casa Grande. The position offers a guaranteed base compensation of $450,000 with a strong production-based bonus structure (40% of office collections, 25% of ASC collections after implant costs). Your week will involve evaluating and managing a diverse pain population in the clinic, alongside dedicated time in the ASC for injections, minimally invasive procedures, and implants. You will be supported by a nurse practitioner who assists with follow-ups, routine visits, and patient flow, allowing you to concentrate on higher-acuity cases and procedures. The practice emphasizes efficiency and physician autonomy, providing control over your schedule and case mix. Procedural days are structured and predictable, supported by strong staff and streamlined workflows. This role is designed for physicians seeking to build a robust interventional practice while maintaining continuity of patient care. It offers a strong balance of clinic and procedural time with built-in ASC access, high earning potential, dedicated NP support, and flexibility to shape your patient panel. There are opportunities to scale quickly due to strong referral patterns in the Phoenix market, with additional financial incentives for physicians who bring an existing patient panel or practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-supported, high-growth pain management model in a desirable market, providing the infrastructure, referral base, and clinical support needed to build a strong practice while maintaining control over your work.
