About The Position

Epic Pain Management is a modern, fast-growing interventional pain medicine practice built around individualized, patient-centered care. With multiple locations across Texas, we provide comprehensive pain management, urgent care, and wellness services in a collaborative, high-energy environment. We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our expanding team. We welcome physicians fresh out of fellowship as well as experienced providers who are looking to grow with a practice—not just work in one. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship training in Pain Management
• Active Texas medical license
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and patient safety

Nice To Haves

• Experience in both clinic-based and procedure-based pain management
• Interest or exposure to wellness or integrative medicine services

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures such as: Nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Utilize minimally invasive, evidence-based approaches to optimize outcomes
• Provide same-day care for urgent patient needs when required
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation (with dedicated scribe support)
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Stay current with advances in pain management through continuing education
