About The Position

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join the expanding cardiology team at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri, located approximately 90 minutes from St. Louis. The Interventional Cardiologist will: Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at Parkland Health Center Perform cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures Enjoy a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time Participate in a 1:4 call schedule (one night per week and one weekend per month; minimal call-backs) Work alongside 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Invasive Cardiologist, and 2 experienced APPs Optionally perform device/pacemaker implantations (a plus but not required) Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation Collaborate with the BJC Medical Group Cardiac Service Line for coordinated care Participate in program development and community outreach initiatives Benefit from excellent mentorship for recent fellowship graduates Not accepting Locums candidates Open to visa candidates BE in 2026 (preferred) and 2027 Interventional Cardiology Fellows welcomed Not open to 1099 candidates

Responsibilities

  • Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at Parkland Health Center
