About The Position

Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a board-eligible/certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide supplemental coverage (as needed) in our practices in La Crosse, WI and Mankato, MN. Procedural coverage only for day/outpatient procedures and would include day, night and weekend emergent procedural coverage for inpatient and emergent procedures. These are high-caliber practices with a secure and expanding referral base, committed and aligned administrative support, EPIC EHR, and state-of-the-art use of AI to enhance efficiency and improve Physician satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in both Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology.
• Qualification for both a MN and WI medical license.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental coverage for outpatient procedures in La Crosse, WI and Mankato, MN.
• Perform day, night, and weekend emergent procedural coverage for inpatient and emergent procedures.
• Utilize EPIC EHR and AI technologies to enhance efficiency in practice.
