This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $750,000 per year, along with an RVU-based bonus structure for additional earning potential. The practice provides a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance, ensuring a smooth transition for the right candidate. The hospital-employed model offers stability and benefits, with a high procedural volume of 40-50 interventional procedures per month from day one. There is also an opportunity to buy into a physician-owned surgical hospital after one year, along with a succession plan in place, allowing you to step into an established patient base and procedural volume. The practice boasts a supportive environment with a referral base already in place.
