You will be responsible for delivering designated instructional models and strategies using Company-designed materials and educational strategies, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed. Your essential duties will include attending training sessions, passing content assessments, and developing individualized lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of your students. You will ensure the supervision of students at all times, escorting them safely to and from classrooms, and maintaining accurate student records as required by various educational agencies. Additionally, you will engage in conferences and meetings with supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement. In this role, you will activate learning by customizing lesson plans, maximizing instructional time, and using data to differentiate instruction. You will foster an empowering classroom culture by encouraging critical thinking and establishing clear routines that set students up for success. Continuous professional development is a key aspect of this position, as you will master new content through training and demonstrate a willingness to implement feedback and new methodologies. You will also document student learning outcomes and maintain accurate data to analyze the support provided to students.
