How you’ll make an impact in this role Manage a complex caseload of 10 to 12 human trafficking cases, actively working to prevent future victimization and promote community safety. Provide specialized crisis intervention, including BH Crisis, Sexual Trauma, and Child Abuse Maltreatment Evaluations, for high-risk cases across hospital and outpatient settings. Serve as a core member of the DCMC Mental Health Unit Treatment Team, utilizing trauma-informed care principles to support persons impacted by human trafficking. Lead the development and delivery of human trafficking education, psychoeducation, and prevention initiatives for both internal staff and community requests. Maintain essential communication and resource hubs, including the HT Prevention Hub email, Intranet site, and associated clothing closet resources. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
