About The Position
The Intervention Specialist for TREC K-3 is responsible for facilitating the education of students with multiple needs through the development, implementation, and evaluation of special education Individual Education Plans (IEPs). This role requires ensuring the safety of students, planning and evaluating daily learning activities, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment. The specialist will also communicate with parents and support agencies, provide direction to teaching assistants, and participate in the development of behavior management plans.
