Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Active teaching certification (required)
- Experience teaching both reading and math in a K-8 setting
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping all students grow and succeed
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person reading and math instruction to small groups of K-12 students
- Use Catapult Learning's evidence-based curriculum and lesson plans
- Customize instruction to meet student needs and skill levels
- Create a positive, engaging learning environment
- Track academic progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with school staff to support student success
