About The Position
The Akron Board of Education announces a possible vacancy for an Intervention Specialist (NOW) at Bridges Learning Center, Job Code 006, TS 380 (190 Days), Starting Salary $46,608.70, Collective Bargaining Unit - AEA. This is a State Teachers Retirement System position. The position is responsible for teaching standards-based lessons, monitoring student behavior, attendance, and academic progress, and designing programs that enhance education and social/emotional development growth. The specialist will incorporate technology in classroom lessons and work collaboratively with other staff to monitor and plan for student progress.
