The Intervention Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified teacher responsible for delivering academic intervention beyond the General Education classroom to At-Risk students in both Synchronous and Asynchronous environments. This role aims to reduce the disparity in academic performance on State assessment instruments in Math and Reading and to improve high school completion rates among at-risk students. The position is full-time and remote, requiring the ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week, and maintain a professional home office without distractions. The base salary for this position is $49,000.00, with eligibility for a performance bonus.
