About The Position
Harris Health System is seeking a full-time Interpreter to join the team at LBJ Hospital. In this role, you will provide oral interpretations and written translations in Spanish and English, ensuring effective communication between patients, visitors, and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of interpretation encounters, identifying and addressing the psychosocial needs of limited-English-speaking patients, and delivering exceptional service in both in-person and over-the-phone settings.
