What will I be doing? Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed reports for procurement and supply chain operations. Support the analysis of purchasing trends and supplier performance metrics. Collaborate with various departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Perform data entry, validation, and advanced analysis using Excel to ensure accurate reporting. Help with maintaining supplier records and procurement documentation. Provide administrative support to the procurement team in day-to-day operations. Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in supplier evaluations. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) (We send a lot of official communications to hotel partners, and this role helps with PowerPoints and email bulletins. We’ll support on formatting training, but the CV is an early signal of attention to detail (consistent fonts, capitalization, and overall polish).
  • Problem-solving mindset (able to investigate and resolve issues)
  • Organized and ability to prioritize their assigned responsibilities and tasks
  • Basic Spanish Level
  • Exposure to any sort of purchasing related activity: (Purchase Orders, Contracts, Finance, Inventory/Receiving, Procurement Systems like SAP, contracts)
  • Organizational skills or Project Management (even if in school projects, etc)
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
  • It is mandatory to establish a university agreement with the school
