About the Digital - Infrastructure Team This internship is part of the Infrastructure crew— We are seeking a resource to lead an initiative focused on identifying and assessing technical debt and delivering a prioritized remediation plan across the Infrastructure organization. The scope includes legacy hardware and software environments supported by the IaaS team, including storage platforms, Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems, server hardware, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

Requirements

  • Interns must have a High school diploma or GED (accredited) and be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in a field of study relevant to the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understand fundamental parts of the problem.
  • Conducts analysis as directed, and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Synthesizes findings and draws conclusions from analyses and makes oral/written recommendations to supervisor and/or manager.
  • Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
  • Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
