About The Position

As a SOLIDWORKS Product Management AI Intern, you will join the SOLIDWORKS Product Management team to transform and optimize internal processes. Your primary focus will be to analyze current workflows, design automation strategies, and incorporate AI-driven solutions locally to enhance scalability and efficiency for all employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python.
• Experience using LLMs, Visual LLM, NLP, RAG, SMOL, LangChain, OmniParser V2.
• Experience in deploying AI models that run locally.
• Understands Agile development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and how they can be applied in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge on Jenkins or any CI/CD tool is a plus.
• Prior experience or coursework in process analysis, product management, or business process automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document current product management workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual, repetitive tasks that are ripe for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Python and relevant scripting tools.
• Integrate AI components into automation pipelines to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Create scalable solutions that can be adopted across the organization.
• Work closely with development teams to understand new features and ensure smooth integration.
• Collaborate with other operations teams to maintain overall system health.
