About The Position

Oxford Solutions, Inc, a professional staffing agency serving the Pittsburgh area as well as national clients for over 20 years is looking to hire a Recruiting Intern for our office located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. This is a PAID INTERNSHIP and a great way to learn more about inside sales, recruiting and working in the staffing industry! We help find jobs for candidates in IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Banking and Administrative roles. Open to 15 to 40 hours per week - depending on your schedule. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a 4-year program working towards a Bachelor's Degree. You should also be interested in working in a fast paced, sales and goal -oriented environment.

Requirements

• Interest in working in a fast paced, sales and goal-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• sourcing of candidates, learning to review resumes and match great candidates to open jobs
• building pipeline of candidates and build relationships
• learning to navigate an ATS (applicant tracking system)
• interviewing candidates
• interacting with internal account and sales executives
• learning to talk with candidates about job openings and negotiating pay rates
• processing new hire paperwork
