About The Position

The Mashburn Internship Program offers opportunities to develop skills and gain hands-on work experience in specific fields of study. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a higher education program and must be studying a subject that directly relates to the internship opportunity. Each internships offered immerse the student in real work and provide unique exposure to the Mashburn brand and its Leaders. This internship is an hourly, nonexempt role and requires the student earn academic credit for their employment. This internship is expected to end mid to late summer and/or once project is completed.

Requirements

• A self-motivated, problem solver outlook with a "no task is too small" attitude
• The ability to work comfortably and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a related major
• Reflective of our core values of hopeful, helpful, hardworking, nimble, hospitable, humble, and honest

Responsibilities

• Raw Materials Library Set-Up/Maintenance
• Organize seasonal swatches – country/mill/season/pattern
• Organize production approval cuttings from past seasons – men's and women's
• Match to fabric tec sheets and specs
• Organize general inspiration swatches – prints/patterns/colors (these are older swatches used to send to mills for development)
• Organize sample fabrics where sample yardage has been ordered and may or may not have been sampled in a garment
• Organize liability fabrics to review with design to adopt into the line
• Other duties as assigned by hiring manager
