  • Assisting with data entry, document preparation, maintaining digital and physical records, and scheduling meetings.
  • Conducting research, reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy, analyzing market trends, and assisting with preliminary quote generation.
  • Coordinating with external partners under supervision, including drafting emails, responding to basic inquiries, and supporting agent and carrier interactions.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives, assisting with compliance tasks, utilizing industry-specific software, and generating basic reports.
  • Attending team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks, offering support to other departments, and engaging in professional networking.
  • Participating in training sessions, shadowing team members in various roles, conducting industry research, and actively seeking feedback to improve performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise data entry and careful document review are essential to maintaining accuracy and supporting our teams effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is important for professional correspondence and team collaboration.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
