  • Collaborate closely with the business within your pipeline group to meet current business needs while balancing a scalable program framework.
  • Design and lead training to ensure a strong program support structure.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop, scale, and refine tools to support the global program and ensure data integrity.
  • Leverage data to track performance indicators, identify trends, and align projects and programs with company priorities.
  • Communicate goals, successes, and best practices with the broader team and key partners.
  • Participate in global projects to improve the overall program and drive enterprise long-range global projects to enhance the program globally.
  • Work closely with program specialists to respond to participant and manager questions and escalations.
  • Experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution.
