About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Global Supply Chain team this summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination while supporting key supply chain operations across our organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with purchasing systems or databases is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and setting up new vendors, requesting and comparing quotes, and creating purchase orders.
• Reach out to suppliers to track order status, follow up on deliveries, and help resolve any issues that may arise.
• Help monitor inventory levels, support physical inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support shipping and receiving processes, including tracking incoming orders and assisting with customs or freight coordination.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records, and help clean and analyze supply chain data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Partner with purchasing, operations, and finance teams to keep supply chain processes running smoothly.
• Participate in short-term supply chain improvement initiatives as assigned.
