About The Position

Under general supervision, this position provides essential support for departmental functions that include a wide range of activities and initiatives. The role involves performing operational and administrative functions related to academic majors, working independently on special projects assigned by the functional leader, and assisting in implementing functional strategies to contribute to the team's success in reaching goals and objectives. The individual will support departmental deliverables and be proactive in planning and supporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design of reverse engineering opportunities for the company in both parts and equipment.
• Scope, develop budget, and complete approval process for capital projects to support one campus in Le Mars.
• Observe and assist with daily Work Orders, Future Proof support, and Capital Project tasks that will expose them to a number of areas across Wells' business.
