Bridging the gap between E-Commerce and Retail (between HQ and stores), by supporting in the maintenance and development of Omnichannel Operations. Updating stores on new developments, communicating improvements, and managing the daily inquiries. Conducting store visits to ensure that our stores run smoothly, and customers have an effortless omni-channel experience. Assisting with managing Omnichannel activities during promotional periods such as the Bra Party and the Summer sales periods. Contributing to bigger projects by offering your insights and suggestions for enhancing the omni-channel experience. Cooperating with the other stakeholders within the omnichannel team Drafting internal communication (internal newsletters and transactional emails).
