Your Assignment: The Research department is looking for a motivated Mechatronics research intern to work on the next generation Mechatronics modules for our EUV scanners. Together with a multi-disciplinary team you will work on the design, analysis and testing of a next generation mechatronic components in a challenging environment. Your expertise combined with strong analytical skills and a creative problem solving mindset will generate new ideas and concepts at the very forefront of technology development. You will influence the design of modules and their performance levels from specification to design.
