About The Position

This is a hybrid position primarily based in St. Paul, MN. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. This ten-to-twelve-week internship program will run from 1st June to August 2026. Successful interns may be offered returning internships and/or a full-time position with us upon graduation. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates).
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals under pressure.
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in an Economics, Finance/Accounting or Mathematics degree program.
  • Impactful involvement through work, academic leadership, volunteerism or activism within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume financial operations through wire creation and trade settlement.
  • Initiate over 70 domestic and international wire transfers daily.
  • Review legal documents and validate funding memos.
  • Use internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with client teams to resolve transaction issues.
  • Maintain data integrity.
  • Process 400-1,000 loan facility trades daily across multiple offices.
  • Coordinate with the Wire Team and manage automated and manual settlements.
  • Validate trade details to ensure timely, accurate execution.
