The Intern will gain hands‑on experience within one functional area of the homebuilding business, including Construction, Sales, or Purchasing. This internship is designed to provide meaningful, real‑world exposure by supporting a specific department’s day‑to‑day operations and projects. 1. Construction: Collaborate with project managers to monitor and track construction progress Gain hands-on experience in project scheduling and budgeting Assist in quality control inspections and safety protocol adherence 2. Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences Support in preparing and executing marketing strategies for residential properties Assist in coordinating and participating in open houses and customer events 3. Purchasing: Collaborate with the purchasing team to understand the procurement process Assist in vendor negotiations and contract management Learn about inventory management and supply chain optimization
