About The Position

The Hospitality Internship Program 2024/2025 at Tharaldson Hospitality Management is designed for college students seeking a Fall, Spring, or Summer internship in the hospitality industry. This program offers hands-on experience while rotating through various departments at the host hotel over a 10-12 week period. Interns will work in a friendly, professional environment that encourages career growth and advancement. The program is tailored for students in their Sophomore, Junior, and Senior years, providing learning opportunities in operations departments such as Administrative, Front Desk, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales. Interns will also have professional development meetings with the property leadership team to track their progress and discuss future opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree (B.A) or associate's degree (A.A) in hospitality or tourism management.
• Friendly, hands-on, and energetic personality.
• Ability to adapt to a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of word processing software.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-12 week internship program rotating through various hotel departments.
