About The Position

This internship is scheduled to start Summer Semester 2026. At Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana we work to improve oral health through benefit plans, advocacy and community support, and we amplify this mission by investing in initiatives that build healthy, smart, vibrant communities for all. We are one of the largest dental plan administrators in the country, and are part of the Delta Dental Plans Association, which operates two of the largest dental networks in the nation. We are currently seeking an Intern to represent our TennCare contract and other Medicaid programs. Works with multiple departments to acquire business knowledge Assists in creating, managing, and attending team/client events Supports provider relations team in development of network Learns how dental benefits are managed and allocated to patients Engages in support for planning and participating in outreach activities #LI-Onsite

Requirements

Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree from a university located in Tennessee.
Must be detail oriented, analytical, and possess strong organizational skills.
