This position involves various administrative tasks that support the operations of the assigned department. The role requires a current high school or college student to assist with data entry, answer telephones, and organize and maintain the file system for employees. The individual will work closely with department staff to gain a real-world perspective of the department's functions and responsibilities. Additional tasks include making copies of correspondence or other printed materials for files or distributions, accompanying the Director and staff on various offsite assignments, and performing other duties as assigned.
