As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with nationally recognized fixed income asset managers. You’ll also have a mix of daily responsibilities and project work. This internship requires working full-time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office. We are seeking a student who can start in May 2026. The Impact You’ll Make: Spend time with various portfolio managers on the team to learn about our investment process Use Bloomberg data and information to research a topic determined by members of our investment team Present your findings to the investment team and answer questions Support the team’s dynamic reporting needs using various systems, including Excel Monitor and review reports to ensure data quality and accuracy Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements Perform additional duties and assist with projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred
  • Minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
  • A high level of professionalism is mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision, yet a willingness to take direction
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
