Job Details Internship projects vary depending on the needs of both the student and the business. Haemonetics interns are assigned to a meaningful project within the company to acquire a variety of experiences, try different skills, and learn what a future career might offer while also contributing to our innovation agenda by completing business-critical projects and assignments. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Internship will be located onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week in our downtown Boston HQ located at 125 Summer St. The Summer 2026 Internship is a 12-week program that requires a commitment to start on June 1st and stay through August 21st. This internship will support the Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. The intern will gain experience in leveraging corporate data systems (ERP/EPM), large data sets, and executive management reporting.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Successful networking with current FP&A team, and their respective business partners
  • Enhance existing data models/reports through efficient use of EPM/ERP applications coupled with analytical tools/capabilities
  • Demonstrate ability to connect data to outcomes
  • Utilize critical thinking, and fresh thought partnership with current team in upgrading our current reporting to provide better analytics in line with the company’s new KPI strategic initiative.
  • Emphasis on learning over “doing”
  • Presentation on lessons learned at conclusion of internship focusing on linkage between education and real-world experience.
