The Experience Operations Content Management Intern will support the Content Management team in the content production life cycle leveraging Novo Nordisk's Content Management System. Job responsibilities will include the following: (1) Content Planning - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand content needs and planned content releases, (2) Content Sourcing - Identifying and establishing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, or other sources to fulfil content requirements, (3) Content Creation Oversight - Managing the creation of content, overseeing the production process, ensuring quality, and adhering to timelines and budgets, (4) Content Distribution - Orchestrating the distribution of content across various channels, platforms, and formats to reach target audiences effectively, (5) Content Inventory Management - Maintaining and documenting an organized inventory of existing content assets, including digital media, documents, and other content types, (6) Content Workflow Optimization - Streamlining and documenting content creation workflows, implementing efficient processes, and utilizing tools to improve productivity and collaboration and (7) Content Performance Analysis - Monitoring and analyzing the performance of content assets, utilizing metrics to inform decision-making and optimize content strategies.
