About The Position

Tetra Tech is adding an intern (Sophomore level or above) focus on obtaining their 4-year degree in engineering or an environmental scientist degree (availability to start in May/June 2026) with interest in environmental compliance. Requirements

• Pursuit of bachelor's degree, recommended in an engineering or science discipline.
• Work with industry professionals and learn about environmental issues that challenge society.
• Encouraged to provide innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, performs engineering and/or scientific tasks of a routine nature.
• Works on a wide variety of technical projects from design through investigation.
• Compile data for project reports.
• Collect and compile field data as required.
• Assist in proposal efforts as directed.
• Document technical data for management review.
• Assist with the preparation of labor/material estimates and design/permitting packages for clients.
• Provide other office duties as assigned.

Benefits

• $20.00 - $22.00 an hour, commensurate with skill level and experience.
