About The Position

Join our New York team (in our office in Brooklyn, Williamsburg) as a Data & Marketing Consultant Intern, where you will collaborate with colleagues from our global offices (Paris, New York, London & Dubai) to solve complex data and marketing challenges for our clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategy development, digital marketing, data analysis, and multidisciplinary teamwork across various industries. Internship available starting in October 2025 for 3 months or in April 2026 for 3 to 4 months.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree: enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
  • Interest in marketing and media: you are sensitive to the impact of original and relevant marketing and media ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset: you have a keen interest in using data to create meaningful insights and facilitate the transformation of our clients.
  • Problem solver: you excel at listening, contextualizing issues, and developing optimized solutions to address them.
  • Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset: a deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing client needs by promoting and facilitating concrete and operational execution.
  • Fluency in English, an extra language would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client collaboration: work closely with clients to identify and address their data and marketing challenges using appropriate methodologies (competitive analyses, benchmarks, strategy audit, data, infra).
  • Identify business challenges: participate in identifying business challenges (and not just the symptoms) through brainstorms, problem solving methods, decision trees based on business, marketing and data hypotheses, as well as design thinking.
  • Data-driven insights: utilize data and marketing expertise to develop actionable insights and optimize client strategies, leveraging the knowledge and tools of our 500 marketing technologists.
  • Cross-functional teamwork: coordinate with a diverse team of experts, including data analysts, data scientists, CRM specialists, media traders, and developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions across sectors such as E-Commerce, Pharma, Retail, Consumer Goods, Luxury, and Financial Services.
  • Knowledge documentation: contribute to the documentation of methodologies, best practices, and market analyses to continually enhance our collective expertise.
