  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Assist with the development of new products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Support the Innovation and Data/Analytics team with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Passion and desire to pursue a career in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and be comfortable working with large datasets
