About The Position

Gain hands-on experience with Looker, building your skills in developing interactive and insightful visualizations. Support LookML Development: Learn and assist in the development and maintenance of our Looker semantic layer, including views and Explores. Assist in the migration of dashboards from Tableau to Looker and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Contribute to dbt Models: Assist in developing, testing, and deploying data transformation models using dbt to turn raw data into clean, structured data marts. Documentation: Assist in writing clear documentation for data models and transformations. Troubleshoot and Collaborate: Work with the team to investigate data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support Data Analysts and business users with their data questions. Learn and Grow: Actively learn our data stack, including dbt, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform, and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance.
• Experience or familiarity with SQL and cloud-based data platforms (ideally Google Cloud Platform).
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
