About The Position

In Fab products we create software to enable advanced node semiconductor lithography by improving process control. In this team, we develop software to design metrology targets, simulate their measurement performance, and select the best candidates to be used for production.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's Degree or PhD program, in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related areas.
• Experience or interest in numerical simulation, modeling, optics or similar
• Familiarity with Python or C++ programming in a Linux environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
• Occasionally required to move around the campus.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and implement algorithms related to solving Maxwell's equations for metrology simulation.
• Preparing and presenting a report describing the approach taken.
