About The Position

Under general supervision, this position provides essential support for departmental functions that include a wide range of activities and initiatives. The role involves performing operational and administrative functions related to the academic major, independently working on special projects as assigned by the functional leader, and assisting in implementing functional strategies to contribute to the team's success in reaching goals and objectives. The individual will support departmental deliverables and be proactive in planning and supporting tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Social media experience.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets for marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Wells design team to develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Support creative concepting for brand and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are labeled properly.
