About The Position

Our Dassault Systèmes NAM Simulation Sales Team is excited to announce that we have an internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office! The NAM Simulation Sales Team is essential to the North America CRE Sales organization. This team is responsible for working with our channel partners to deliver $14M in new license revenue to North America for CRE. We support the sales of both Desktop and Cloud Products that include a wide range of functionality from entry level simulation tools to very advanced tools from our SIMULIA brand. As an intern within the NAM CRE Simulation sales team, you will work with other CRE sales professionals through our channel partners to sell and deliver on the message and functional abilities of these products. This role will support the NAM sales team in targeting and messaging prospects for the simulation products within the CRE portfolio. As an Inside Sales Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how an inside sales organization works through the exposure of the day-to-day operations within a global software corporation. Supporting our SIMULIA sales efforts by helping us identify target customers through various tools like Linked-In Navigator to identify a new market to reach. In addition, you will help manage sales campaigns that are targeted to for the SIMULIA offerings for both desktop and cloud product offerings. This person will support our team by applying an AI-based account targeting workflow during their domain rotation. This process leverages ChatGPT and Google Sheets (with the GPT extension) to identify simulation opportunities across several under-targeted customer segments, such as: Accounts that attended past webinars or events, Customers who purchased SOLIDWORKS in 2024 but do not yet use simulation, Customers with SOLIDWORKS and PDM but no simulation. The student would help execute this process—filtering and enriching accounts, then using prompt-based AI tools to generate targeted messaging for outreach. From there, they could either forward the opportunity to the appropriate PSM or Sales Rep, or send out the AI-generated email themselves as part of a coordinated outreach campaign.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program for the duration of the internship.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Dassault Systèmes Corp office located in Waltham, MA.
  • Ability to work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure.
  • Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong functional use of AI tools such as ChatGPT is preferred but not necessary.
