About The Position

Under general supervision, this position provides essential support for departmental functions that include a wide range of activities and initiatives. The role involves performing operational and administrative functions related to the academic major, working independently on special projects assigned by the functional leader, and assisting in implementing functional strategies. The intern will contribute to the team's success in reaching goals and objectives, supporting departmental deliverables, and being proactive in planning and supporting tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational and administrative functions related to academic major.

• Learn the Management Operating System and Focused Improvement Program.
• Facilitate and document Root Cause Analysis events.
• Map and document processes and suggest improvements.
