About The Position

The Clinical Operations intern supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of patient experience initiatives. This role involves direct community engagement, administrative support, and data management to ensure the effective delivery and evaluation of health programs. The ideal candidate is community-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about promoting health equity.

Requirements

  • Currently in an undergraduate or master's level program or graduate of an undergrad or master's level program.
  • Experience in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, public health

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating clear, user-friendly patient education materials (brochures, videos, FAQs) to guide patients through new registration and check-in technology
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure educational content is accurate and aligns with compliance and accessibility standards
  • Test patient-facing technology and provide feedback on usability and clarity
  • Assist in training staff on patient education materials and technology troubleshooting
  • Help monitor and report on key metrics related to patient satisfaction and technology usage
  • Research best practices for patient engagement and education in healthcare settings
  • Benchmark patient experience strategies against industry standards and competitors
  • Conduct basic data collection, entry, and analysis to support program evaluation and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and community members
